Tender Description
The Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions is seeking a suitably qualified supplier to provide inspection and maintenance services to Auto Doors, Auto Gates and Lifting Equipment for the Agriculture Victoria regional and metro property portfolio.

Tender clarification requests: All tender clarification requests must be submitted via Etendering Portal . Tender clarification responses will be issued via Etendering Portal.
Tender lodgement: All tender responses must be submitted via Etendering Portal. Tenderers are responsible for ensuring that tenders submitted via the internet are lodged with sufficient time to allow receipt by the Department by the closing time. Please include responses to all questions provided under Part D.
Tender Breifing: Breifing will be conducted online. Meeting invite will be provided upon confirmation of attendees. All tenderers to confirm name and email address of all attendees via email. Please submit attendees’ details by email to Procurement.WPS@ecodev.vic.gov.au mailbox. Please note that this mailbox address is only provided to submit site briefing attendees’ details. Tender Clarification Questions requests and Tender submission must be submitted via Etendering Portal.
