Grandstand Shadecloth

⁠⁠⁠The contract is for the supply on hire, installation, maintenance and removal of shade cloth to grandstands, fencing, corporate structures and other specified areas for the 2021-2023 Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix.

The Works under the Contract will include, but not be limited to:

• provision of own site facilities;
• unpacking and repacking the Australian Grand Prix Corporation (the Corporation) owned containers and equipment (transportation by others);
• post event complete a container inventory list, which is to be submitted to the Superintendent within 7 days of completion of Works. The list must include container number, quantities, condition report of containers and contents;
• supply on hire, installation, maintenance and removal of shade cloth to grandstands, fencing, corporate structures and other specified areas as indicated by the Superintendent/s;
• installation, maintenance, removal and inventory of the Corporation supplied fence wrap to grandstand structures, fencing and other specified areas as indicated by the Superintendent/s;
• installation, maintenance, removal and inventory of the Corporation owned soft floor coverings to structures or other specified areas as indicated by the Superintendent/s; and
• provision of safe furnishings and elimination of floor covering trip hazards.
