Kingston City Council is proposing to upgrade the Sundowner Preschool, Jacobs Dr, Clarinda, VIC. This tender Con-20/037 is to be delivered in accordance with the Specification and Drawings listed in the Schedule of Attachments. This specification is to be read in conjunction with and delivered in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings listed in the Schedule of Attachments.
Access and use of the Maternal and Children's Heath (MCH) and neighbouring Community Hall must be made available during construction, excluding high-risk construction that may impact the health or safety of the facility users. High-risk construction to be scheduled to coincide with school public holidays or weekends minimised any impacts on the MCH and Community Hall accessibility and availability to the public and adjoining facility.
