Suppliers are invited to respond with an expression of interest for a solution that provides City Of Melbourne [CoM] with Smart Infrastructure at Birrarung Marr park to host telecommunication and IoT modules, providing connectivity and services in the park without clutter.
The requirements are:
- Replacement of 5 existing light poles with new Smart Poles
- Colocation of 4G and 5G carrier's infrastructure (minimum 2) with shared use of infrastructure
- Provision of integrated IoT modules, power outlets, help button, etc.
- Approved CoM Design Standards for Smart Poles
- Options on ownership, operation and maintenance of the infrastructure by CoM or supplier
- Options on Commercial Models i.e. benefit share open book etc
