Tender Description
Inland Rail are seeking a HR Information System including the following key Functional and Non-Functional requirements.
Proponents are asked to provide a response for EITHER or BOTH of the following options:
Option 1: HRIS system with integration to ARTC current Payroll software (Empower)
Phase 1 Inland Rail rollout
Phase 2 ARTC Rollout
Option 2: Enterprise-wide HRIS with an embedded payroll module (including integration to TimeFiler to meet time attendance and EBA requirements)
Phase 1 Inland Rail rollout of HRIS modules including integration to the chosen enterprise-wide payroll system
Phase 2 ARTC Rollout of HRIS modules
**In both options, Inland Rail would be an early adopter of the solution, with the potential rollout for ARTC to take up the application in a later stage.
