Bitumen, Emulsions and Asphalt Materials and Services

⁠⁠⁠ Local Government Procurement (LGP) has been established to provide a fully integrated procurement service to councils and associated organisations in NSW. LGP was established by Local Government NSW on behalf of its members to create a procurement operation dedicated to meeting the specific needs of Local Government .

Description: Local Government Procurement Pty Ltd (LGP) invites tenders for Standing Offers to supply Bitumen, Emulsions and Asphalt Materials and Services as follows:

• Requirement 1 Ex-Bin, Asphaltic Concrete (AC) Materials
• Requirement 2 Supply and Deliver Bulk CRS) Grade Bitumen Emulsion.
• Requirement 3 Lay of AC services.
• Requirement 4 Cold Milling of AC and Base Course services.
• Requirement 5 Pavement Rejuvenation and/or Enrichment services.
• Requirement 6 Crack Sealing Services.
• Requirement 7 Stabilisation services.
• Requirement 8 Spray Sealing Services.
• Requirement 9 Road Patching Services
• Requirement 10 Concrete Pavement Repairs
• Requirement 11 Asphalt Mill and Fill Services

Requirement 12 Other services associated with the scope of this contract.
This request for tender provides an opportunity for additional parties to be appointed as approved panel members. (This process does not affect existing panel members and they do not need to lodge new tender submissions.)

A non-refundable fee of $88.00 dollars (incl. GST) is payable to download the RFT documentation. E Tendering Portal will accept payment using most of the leading brand credit cards.

Non-Mandatory Tender Briefing: A non-mandatory tender briefing will be held at 10:30am on Wednesday, 6 May 2020 via Webinar only. All interested parties are strongly encouraged to participate. 

Canvassing of any LGP directors or employees, or Council members or officers, involved in the EOI/RFT/RFQ process, will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
