This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Undertake a user experience and user interface review of the intranet and deliver a report with results and recommendations that can be factored into additional build and platform adjustments before go-live.
Undertake a WCAG 2.0 AA content and platform compliance assessment of the intranet and deliver a report with results and recommendations that can be factored into additional build and content redevelopment activities before go-live.
Use Microsoft Forms and Flow to design and deliver up to eight digital forms and supporting workflows based on existing paper-based forms.
Design and deliver five custom features including the intranet homepage, the Staff Marketplace, an organizational chart, an all-staff news email, and integration with other Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Develop and deliver tailored SharePoint Online training, user guides, standard operating procedures, and role and responsibility statements for two user groups: devolved authors and high-end users.
