Tender Description
The Commission is seeking to procure services to conduct a health check on APSED and its associated data management practices. This includes:
1. Review of the:
- data governance framework for APSED including data collection, management, processing, cleansing, access, analysis, integration and release to ensure best practices are maintained
- database for any internal checks and auditing designed to ensure accurate data capture, checking and handling oversight
- health of the data in APSED and its supporting systems and processes to develop a comprehensive understanding of its current state.
2. Identifying issues and present findings of the health check
3. Provide recommendations and implementation plan to improve the overall health and maturity of APSED data management processes, systems and governance.
This will enable us to gain a better understanding of its current state and identify areas for improvement needed to support successful implementation of APS reform including the whole of government Shared Service program (GovERP) and future APS workforce and capability policies.
