The Suburban Land Agency (SLA) is progressing the Kenny development as a major, complex, and long term ACT Government land release with a strong ambition to deliver best practice sustainability outcomes and achieve a 5 Star Green Star Communities rating.
As the project transitions from concurrent master planning, due diligence, and early market engagement into detailed design and approvals, there is a need for dedicated, specialist expertise to lead and manage the Green Star Communities certification process. This procurement seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Green Star Accredited Professional (GSAP) to provide embedded, delivery focused certification leadership, ensuring sustainability objectives are translated into implementable outcomes, certification risks are actively managed, and credible pathways to certification are maintained throughout the life of the project and beyond the contract term.
