Requirements
The Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) is approaching the market with a view to engage a single experienced Seller for the provision of Website Modernisation and Content Management System (CMS) Design Services.
The AEC is seeking to modernise most aspects of its website, including content, navigation and structure. Alongside this, the AEC is seeking to implement a new Website CMS (using drupal and cloud-based computing services) and business processes that support modernised website management practices in the AEC. The required services will be delivered via discrete Work Packages with clearly defined deliverables and responsibilities.
It should be noted that while all work packages described in this SOR are within the scope of this procurement, the AEC’s intent is to only contract for delivery of Discovery and Design (Work Package 1) on the Contract Start Date. Depending on the Seller’s performance further Work Packages (for example technical implementation, content development, data migration, sustainment) may be awarded to them through a Contract variation.
