Gillon Oval and Grandstand and Social Rooms Refurbishments

⁠⁠⁠Moreland Council is seeking to engage a contractor to undertake refurbishments to the Social Club Rooms, kitchen, male/female toilets and a new unisex accessible toilet. The Grandstand works include refurbishment works for a new unisex, umpire change and amenities rooms and main flooring in change rooms. Gillon Oval is an active sportsfield used by local sporting clubs.

The site is located at 133a Hope Street, Brunswick.

Please note:

Non-Compulsory site visit to be held on Friday 27 March 2020 @ 8.30am sharp. It is recommendedd that contractors attend the site visit.

Tenderers to note:

Tenderers must respond by submitting their tender proposal and completing the documents as instructed in the Request for Tender (RFT).

Tenderers are reminded that a tender is submitted via “Lodge Response” tab and clicking on “Upload File” box. It is preferred if all tender files are compressed (zipped) under one file name and uploaded as one or single file response. A tender is not submitted until (1) the “Save” button is selected, and then (2) “Press to Finalise your Online Bid” is pressed. Submissions will only be accepted via Council’s etendering system with a referred maximum data Upload File of 20Mbyte.

Tenderers are reminded to view the “Forum” for any public notices or addenda in regard to this tender. All communication regarding the tender must be submitted via the forum on this site only, and will not be accepted via any other means. Queries submitted three (3) working days before the tender closing date, may not receive a response. Council Officers are not to be contacted directly.
