ABOUT THE COUNCIL:
Stretching from Palm Beach to Manly, the Northern Beaches boasts more than half of all the beaches in Sydney and a population of more than 266,000. The Council is committed to maintaining a high level of customer service to the local community.
Northern Beaches Council is working closely with the community to build strategies that enhance our quality of life, promote sustainable development and protect our environment.
SERVICE REQUIRED:
Council is seeking an online grant management software solution to receive electronic grant applications for its four community grant programs. The software should enable easy and transparent evaluation of grant applications and management and acquittal of successful grant applications.
The works are to be carried out strictly in accordance with the requirements in this document. To have quotes considered, contractors will need to ensure that all required information requested in the Request for Quotation document is provided.
The Contract term will be three (3) years, with an extension at Council's option of a further one (1) periods of 12 (twelve) months
The software solution, including migration of existing information and training of key staff, must be completed by 31 July 2020.

Part C8 Pricing Schedule Weighted 25%
Part C9 Business Information Information Only
Part C10 Criteria for Online Grant Management Software Weighted 40%
