Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
-
- Review RICs data requirements and current data assets, developing a concise data strategy
- Develop base set of PowerBI dashboards to address immediate, high-priority reporting needs.
- Gap-analysis and remediation of existing data sources for data quality, reliability and extent.
- Design and configuration of necessary infrastructure to support private PowerBI dashboards leveraging internal and external data sources (predominately MS Excel and MS Access) as well as public data (e.g. data from Australian Bureau of Statistics, Geosciences Australia etc).
- Business analysis to detail reporting and dashboarding needs for each business area, including the required source data to meet those needs. Through the analysis process, the results of dashboard and visualisation design requirements will be included into templates, data and information feedback framework(s).
- Analysis of data to provide insights and actionable business intelligence.
All RIC systems are cloud-based predominately within Microsoft 365 (E5) and Azure. All data sources and proposed infrastructure should be cloud-based leveraging these environments.
