Horsham Rural City Council manages road networks and other trafficked facilities within the municipality. This network requires regular application of road marking paints to define traverse lines and markings such as Stop/Give Way lines, Roundabout holding lines, pedestrian lines, arrows, legends, parking bays, School Crossings and longitudinal lines such as centre, lane, edge, turn and continuity lines and other line marking requirements.
Horsham Rural City Council is seeking a panel of qualified contractors for pavement and line marking services.
Tenderers must note that works under this contract are not quantified or guaranteed and Council reserves the right to undertake line marking functions using its own acquired equipment when deemed neccessary.
This contract will be awarded for an initial term of two years. Council at its sole discretion may offer to enter into a further two (2), one (1) year terms of contract. Each subsequent term of contract is conditional upon, without limitation to, contractor performance, quality of product, fee variances and works commencement and completion dates.
