Tender Description
Western Health Engineering Services are intending to release an open tender to replace cooling towers on the roof of Building B at Sunshine Hospital, 176 Furlong Road St Albans.
The proposed works include the removal of 10 existing cooling towers, installation of three new cooling towers, associated pipe work and Building Management System works. All crane and traffic management services are to be included in the tender offer.
Works are targeted to commence approximately June 2020 and completed by July/August 2020.
Relevant experience installing cooling towers in a live environment is mandatory.
