Tender Description
Horsham Rural City Countil invites tenders from suppliers/contractors to provide Council with a comprehensive list of plant items available for hire. These plant items are intended for use during times of emergency and when Council's existing plant resources are exhausted. Plant items include but are not limited to Backhoes, Dozers, Excavators, Graders, Loaders, Rollers, Tractor, Mowers, Light Trucks, Tipping Truck and Dog Trailers, Water Tankers and Skid Steer Profilers.
Council will select a panel of approximately five (5) suppliers that offer the greates value for money, relevant selection of plant items and ability to respond in a timely manner when plant is required.
