This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The DTA is seeking an experienced seller to partner with the Agency to provide contemporary learning design advice and services. The partner will support the outcomes of the Digital Sourcing Capability Program (DSCP) over an initial 6 month period (with the possibility of a 6 month extension).
Working closely with a lead Digital Sourcing Specialist and other subject matter experts, the primary role of the learning designer will be to understand and shape the optimal approach and delivery method for learners to understand the required concepts, at both strategic and operational levels.
You will co-design, interpret and professionalise content curated and/or created by participants and stakeholders of the DSCP and design human-centred learning artefacts that will support culture and capability uplift of government sourcing practitioners.
You will also assist in developing and framing relevant approaches and content for workshops and contribute to and/or lead relevant workshops.
