South West TAFE has for sale by tender one dwelling currently being constructed as part of our pre-apprentice training program at the Sherwood Park Campus. A four (4) bedroom house is available for removal in early December 2019.
The house is constructed of timber cladding with colourful roofing, fitted with Stanford four panel doors, cathedral ceilings, colonial skirting and architraves, and have been constructed with a view to relocate to a permanent site. Suitable for use as a permanent residence, holiday accommodation or office building or office building.
