Scope:
We are seeking a professional service provider for International and Domestic Removals and Storage Services to support our organisation’s relocation needs. Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition for our employees during their relocations, both domestically and internationally, while ensuring the safety and security of their belongings.
We require a comprehensive service that includes packing, transportation, storage, and unpacking, all within a competitive budget.
Objectives and Outcomes:
The objective of this service is to provide International and Domestic Removals and Storage Services to our customers, who may be current employees or new starters. The service should be comprehensive, efficient, and user-friendly, enabling customers to manage their removal and storage needs with minimal hassle.
The expected outcomes include:
1. Smooth Relocations: Ensure seamless, stress-free relocations for employees both domestically and internationally.
2. Safe and Secure Storage: Provide secure short-term and long-term storage solutions for goods during the relocation process including longer term storage up to 18 months.
3. Vehicle Preservation: It is considered best practice, particularly for long-term automobile storage, to incorporate some form of maintenance. This could include periodically starting the engine.
4. Cost-Effective: Achieve these objectives within a reasonable and competitive budget.

June 2026 to June 2029 plus 2 x 12 month extension options
