Tender Description
Covalent Lithium invites expressions of interest (EOI) from companies experienced in providing international logistics management services to the Company with a single point of contact including but not limited to:
• Logistics planning and design support;
• Full logistics management during the project execution phase; and
• Operational logistics services to support production operations.
The Contractor shall either directly provide the logistics services to the Company or engage and manage certain Subcontractors to provide services.
SPECIFIC SCOPE REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor will be required to supply, either in its own right or through its Subcontractors, all items including labour, supervision, equipment, vehicles, ships, materials and all other items required to successfully transport project materials and equipment. The Contractor will have the capacity to meet all logistics requirements of the Company including the following:
• Freight forwarding (import and export).
• Inland haulage.
• Freight consolidation and warehousing.
• Management and supervision of heavy lifts, over-sized and hazardous cargo.
• Chartering by sea and air.
• Customs brokerage (import and export).
• Freight tracking and reporting.
