Tender Description
The project is located at Cranbourne Recreation Reserve, 100 Grant Street (access from O'Tooles Road), Cranbourne (Melway 133 H8)
Works to include but not be limited to the following:
- Erection of safety fencing to fully enclose the area of works and maintain same in good condition throughout construction period.
- Locate all existing services within the works area and required service connection points.
- Excavation work as required, including stock piling of topsoil on site and removal of all subsoil off site.
- All concrete work including footings, as specified by structural engineer and pavements.
- Civil works including reticulation of stormwater drainage and rain water systems.
- Construction of all external and internal walls, windows and doors.
- Reticulation and connection of all sewerage and hot/cold water systems as required. Supply and install all plumbing fixtures and fittings as specified and required to complete the works.
- Supply and install all roofing including metal roofing, flashings, gutters, downpipes and trim required to complete the works.
- Supply and reticulation of a complete electrical system, all parts and commissioning of same
- Supply and installation of all joinery and fittings.
- Painting of all works as required.
- Supply and installation of all floor, wall and ceiling finishes.
- Supply and installation of all hardware as required for doors, windows etc. The Principle to supply and install lock cylinders.
- Preparation of all landscaped areas for top dressing by others. Remove all rubble and left over spoil once ground surfaces are restored to a true and even grade between paths, access ways and be graded away from building.
