This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

⁠⁠⁠ASIC seeks to procure contractor services for an IT Cloud Technicial Business Analyst for a period of 12 months /264 business days with NIL extension options.

An IT Cloud technical BA is required to support the Cloud project working mainly to facilitate business workshops, capture and manage technical requirements relating to Cloud.

The IT Cloud Business Analyst's role will effectively be the conduit between business and the project team by liaising closely with business SMEs, solution architects, developers and testers.

The IT Cloud Technical BA will be responsible for
•Working closely with business SMEs and IT development teams to elicit and analyse business requirements relating to a Cloud environment to discover the underlying business need to be addressed and information related to the product and project requirements, through structured conversations and workshops with stakeholders.
•Specifying Requirements and User stories relating to a Cloud operations environment (business, functional and non-functional) – documenting the requirements and acceptance criteria in a format that can be shared with, and easily understood by, a variety of stakeholders (Business, Executive, Application and Solution Designer resources, Development resources and Testing resources).
•Facilitating working with business SMEs to elicit requirements and in conjunction with developers present proofs of concepts/prototypes to support these requirements.
•Improving ASIC's overarching Business Analysis capability by mentoring junior staff, building employee knowledge and skills as well as developing, implementing, and supporting methodologies, standards, and tools for requirements, process management and data management.
•Displaying strong skills in managing your own tasks and performance to deliver on ASIC's strategic priorities and team business plan.
•Undertaking additional responsibilities or tasks as required.
•Working professionally, positively and cooperatively as part of the team and ASIC, modelling the values of Accountability, Professionalism and Teamwork.
•Taking all reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of fellow workers and any other person at the workplace that may be affected by your actions.
