Scalable Demonstration of a Clean Technology

⁠⁠⁠Cleantech Innovations Geelong is seeking interested parties to provide an innovative solution to provide a scalable demonstration of a clean technology that responds to an unmet need in Greater Geelong

Clean Technologies are defined as economically viable products, services and processes that harness renewable materials and energy sources, dramatically reduce the use of natural resources and cut or eliminate emissions and wastes.

Cleantech Innovations Geelong is running this Expression of Interest process to identify business support opportunities for businesses looking to set up a scalable demonstration of a clean technology in Greater Geelong. Selected Respondents will need to commence on the demonstration project by the end of 2021 or sooner.

The Expression of Interest process is not for mature, existing cleantech industry support, but rather for novel or new clean technologies (or the novel application of existing clean technologies), as yet not demonstrated on the market.

Further, Cleantech Innovations Geelong is not looking to ‘buy’ a demonstration project from the market. Rather, the Expression of Interest process is being used to identify the business support required to bring a demonstration project to completion, and then provide that business support.

Briefing Sessions for Interested Suppliers

Please be advised that Cleantech Innovations Geelong will conduct two Briefing Sessions on the following dates:

• 16 September, 9.30 to 11.00 am The Eastern Hub, 285A McKillop St, East Geelong VIC 3219
• 19 September, 9.00 to 10.30 am, The Eastern Hub, 285A McKillop St, East Geelong VIC 3219

A number of Cleantech Innovations Geelong representatives will be in attendance to discuss the project, areas of support and the EOI process. Sessions will provide the same detail and estimated duration/s are 1 hour to 1.5 hours.
