Quarry Reserve Design & Construct: Playspace

Knox City Council (Council) is seeking a contractor to undertake the design and construction works of a new playspace at Quarry Reserve, Ferntree Gully.

The works include:
* Building on the initial play space concept design, prepare a Design Development Plan for a nature based play area to be integrated into site embankment across two site levels.
* Supply and install slide(s) utilising the natural slope of the site.
* Design and construct an access path down to access the slide/s
* Construct a sandpit at the end of the slide/s
* Additional tree and garden bed planting
* 13 week maintenance and establishment period.

The work is to be performed at:
Quarry Reserve, 24 Railway Rd, Ferntree Gully, VIC 3156

The time and date by which tenders must be lodged are:
2.00 p.m. Wednesday 11 September 2019 unless otherwise amended by Addenda.

A pre-tender meeting will be held in Function Room 2, Knox City Council Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South on Monday, 19 August, 2019 commencing at 11.00am. The attendance of the Tenderer or his representative is optional.
