Overview
The City of Whittlesea is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the development of Council-owned land at 17-19 Johnsons Road, Mernda.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Separable Portion A: Subdivision of 37 residential lots and 3 reserves, including associated road and service infrastructure
- Separable Portion B: Construction of the new Johnsons Road, including enhanced open space, indented parking, shared paths, and an informal nature play and recreation area
- Provision of all labour, plant, materials, and associated services necessary to complete the works in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings
Site Inspection
A pre-tender site inspection will be held. Tenderers are strongly encouraged to attend.
