This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Conduct a scoping study to analyse the current SharePoint 2010 implementation and to produce deliverables (requirements, schedules, costs) to inform a proposal to upgrade from SharePoint 2010 to at least SharePoint 2016. The deliverables will be to inform the business case for an upgrade. We envisage that the effort would be a maximum of ten (10) days.
The scope of work is to assess the current SharePoint implementation (SharePoint 2010) and environment, including infrastructure, architecture, configurations, customisations, and customised administrator tools. Once the current state is assessed, the expectation is to deliver:
a. a requirements and scope of work document to manage and perform a SharePoint upgrade (including maintaining customisations and migration) to at least SharePoint 2016;
b. recommendations for which version to upgrade to (i.e. 2016 or 2019);
c. a high level assessment of where the bulk of development work is likely to be;
d. advice regarding whether “look and feel”/new functionality changes in 2016/2019 will require user training;
e. recommendations for prerequisite work;
f. a draft project schedule (with estimates of AWM staff resource requirements); and,
g. estimated costs to provide a “turn-key” solution to manage and conduct a SharePoint 2010 upgrade to at least SharePoint 2016.
