Provision of Roster Management Software solution to support the generation and management of workforce rosters.
Requirements could include items such as:
* Ability to create multiple roster patterns and a variety of workforce groups including long-term structured rosters and short-term rosters;
* Ability to quickly assess personnel and shift team competencies to verify regulatory requirements;
* Support for flight and accommodation management with flexibility to support charter and commercial transportation providers;
* Reporting functionality to provide information throughout the roster management process;
* Ability to support Persons on Board (POB) reconciliation and mustering;
* Workflow integration incorporating change approvals;
* Remote access to roster and related mobilisation information using internet accessible devices;
* Scalable application hosting and subscription models; and
* Ability to integrate bidirectionally with company Systems of Records.
