Mosman Council invites tenders for the provision Services for Buildings Management, General Services. The scope of the tender includes general building, amenity, pavilion and public area cleaning, graffiti management and pest control.
The services required for this Specification consist of the following five sections:
Service 1: Provide cleaning to the nominated Civic Buildings to the specification and schedule provided.
Service 2: Provide cleaning to the nominated Public Amenities and Oval Pavilions to the specification and schedule provided.
Service 3: Provide external building and window cleaning to the nominated buildings to the specification and schedule provided.
Service 4: Provide removal of graffiti and recording of relevant data to the specification and schedule provided.
Service 5: Provide pest control measures to the specification and schedule provided.
