Tender Description
EOI for the Provision of general office / building cleaning services for ANSTO Lucas Heights.
RFT to be issued once shortlist has been determined.
Other Instructions:
ANSTO General Offices as part of the Specification to be provided with RFT stage 2, number approximately 100 buildings of varying sizes and security levels.
Conditions for Participation:
1. Be a legal entity capable of entering into the Contract
2. All ANSTO ‘Returnable Schedules’ are to be completed and returned with submission.
3. Tenderers are to provide a separate PDF ‘Capability Statement’ (maximum 10 pages) within submission
4. Submission is to be electronically uploaded via AusTender
Timeframe for Delivery: Shortlisted tenderers to be notified in June for RFT stage 2
Estimated Value (AUD): From $2,500,000.00 to $3,500,000.00
