A number of Western Australian state government agencies have existing contracts for their Human Resource Management Information Solution, that are due to expire in the next 12-36 months. Following market research activities, the Customers to this Request have identified an opportunity to combine procurement effort and seek cost savings, through this aggregated buy process for a Human Resource Management Information Solution.
The Customers are seeking a contemporary, highly configurable/user friendly solution and associated services. The solution should include a number of pre-configured features, relevant to all of the Customers, as Western Australian State government agencies. The Customers are seeking aggregation of the associated costs for providing the solution to each Customer, under separate Customer Contracts.
Where the Customer chooses a respondent, it will do so on the basis of value for money, including fitness for each Customer’s purpose. Thus each Customer may award a Customer Contract to a different respondent; a single respondent may be selected for all Customers; or any number in between. Discounts will be solicited where a respondent is chosen to provide service to more than one Customer.
