Zoos Victoria is seeking to implement the services of a registered, licensed and suitably experienced Workforce Management system which will offer award interpretation, automated time & attendance/flexible working arrangements by activity recording using dedicated time clocking systems, Employee Self Service (ESS), planned and unplanned absences, current and future scheduling & staffing rosters, legislative compliance, and skills tracking
By introducing a workforce management solutions it will help streamline our processes offer more efficiency to manage and optimize workforce planning, scheduling & modelling, accurately calculate hours worked as outlined by award/agreement interpretation, facilitate flexible working options, provide future forecasting of activities, measure labour costs, provide reporting analytics, and reduce the amount of manual work, interpretation and administration that managers, payroll and HR currently undertake each fortnight.
We aim to reduce amount of manual interpretation and input by administrators, managers and supervisors, and the Payroll & HR departments which is currently being undertaken each fortnight as part of the regular pay cycle. Currently Zoos Victoria employees approx. 850 staff which include full time, part time, casual, and fixed term positions across 3 properties Melbourne Zoo, Healesville Sanctuary and Werribee Open Range Zoo and the Corporate Office.
We invite suppliers to demonstrate innovative solutions which will benefit Zoos Victoria by reducing administration, time, effort and manual handling whilst tracking real time labour costs with a range of reporting functionality.
