The City of Karratha is seeking expressions of interest to lease the Lessor Hall space within the Dampier Community Hub.
The Lessor Hall is approximately 56 square metres and a vacant facility. The lease may also include the use of a shared kitchen.

Expressions of interest should be made to: leasing@karratha.wa.gov.au or to the Leasing Officer c/- City of Karratha, PO Box 219, Karratha WA 6714 by 4:00pm Friday 31 May 2019 detailing the interested parties name, ABN or ICN, contact details, intended use of the office space and interest in 1, 2 and/or 3 offices and/or common areas.
