Tender Description
The Principal invites Expressions of Interest from community sporting organisations to lease and manage the Motocross Track and associated land at Reserve 39117, Newman, Western Australia.
Responses to this Expression of Interest must include detailed information on how the Respondent s use of the motocross track and associated land will contribute to the Principal s economic, social, and environmental objectives. Additionally, Respondents must demonstrate their capability, experience, and resources to successfully deliver the proposed services.
The Motocross Track and associated Reserve (Reserve 39117) has recently reverted to the care and management of the Shire of East Pilbara. The Shire is now responsible for the facility and the surrounding land and is seeking a community sporting organisation to take on the Lease and management of the site.
- Track Features Hard-packed dirt surface, the track surface is composed of hard packed dirt, suitable for motocross riding.
- Hillside setting, the track is constructed on the side of a hill, providing natural elevation and variety.
- Jumps and berms, the track includes a range of jumps, berms and other features designed for motocross use.
