The Principal is open to flexible leasing and occupation arrangements for this office space. The space could support a variety of small business uses, subject to relevant health and regulatory requirements.

The Principal is seeking interested parties who, in exchange for occupation of the space, can provide services or activities that benefit the community, airport tenants, airport visitors, which may include but are not limited to:
