Pilbara Ports Authority (Pilbara Ports) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the lease of port land for port related uses. Interested parties (Respondents) are invited to submit a response for the opportunity to lease vacant land within the Lumsden Point Common User Facility (Lumsden Point) at the Port of Port Hedland, further details of which are contained in this EOI document. The areas offered for EOI are within the Minerals Concentrate Precinct including lots MCP 03 and MCP 04.

Following the responses received for the EOI, Pilbara Ports may shortlist multiple Respondents and request those shortlisted Respondents to submit further detailed proposals before selecting the successful Respondent.
