The Principal invites Expressions of Interest from suitable not-for-profit and community service providers to lease office space at Newman House, Iron Ore Parade, Newman, WA, 6753.

While not-for-profit and community service providers will be given precedence for office space allocation, commercial businesses may apply for office space, subject to annual availability. Commercial businesses may be offered tenancy agreements with a maximum duration of twelve (12) months. These agreements can be extended for an additional term, contingent upon availability.

The Principal is open to flexible leasing and occupation arrangements for this space. The Principal is seeking community organisations who, in exchange for occupation of the building, can provide services to the community including but not limited to: -

•  Community and human services referral.
•  Community services, programs, activities and events.
•  Host visiting health and human services.
•  Provide co-working space and computer access to the community.
•  Tourist and local area information.
