This is a quality assured contract.
Tenders are invited from suitable and experienced contractors for the utility adjustments within the rail corridor along the T8 rail line at Holsworthy train station. The work consists of:
* Installation of combined service route (CSR) via trenching and underline crossings (ULX)
* Installation of galvanised steel troughs (GST) and ground level troughs (GLT)
* Installation of CSR pits and bollards where nominated
* Removal of redundant CSR pits and conduits
* Installation of four new 33kV poles, supply of two spare poles to Sydney Trains and fencing replacement
* Removal of 4 redundant 33kv poles
* Realignment and commissioning of new 33kv assets
* Installation of four new Overhead Wire (OHW) mast structures
* Profiling and realignment of the OHW 1500V cabling
* Decommissioning and removal of one OHW portal structure
* Installation of temporary hoarding at location of new bridge over rail and reinforced soil wall (RSW).
A pre-tender meeting will be held at 10am on Thursday, 23 May, 2019 at 71-79 Pyrmont Bridge Road, Pyrmont, meeting room D1.
