Description:
Request for Tender for the design, installation, integration and support of an Enterprise Video Conferencing and Collaboration Solution in regional and remote areas.
Conditions for Participation:
The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see paragraph 7.3).
The Tenderer complies with the Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016 (see paragraph 10.7).
The Tenderer must not, at the time the Tender is submitted, be precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded building and construction work.
The Tenderer must not have had an adverse Court or Tribunal decision, not including decisions under appeal, for a breach of workplace relations law, work health and safety law, or workers compensation law and the Tenderer has not fully complied or is not fully complying with the order.
