TEC-006-AV Services - Visual Display, Intercom and Sport Adjudication - Partner - Olympic and Paralympic Games Brisbane 2032

⁠⁠⁠This package invites suppliers to design, supply, install, and support audiovisual (AV) systems across Brisbane 2032 venues. The scope encompasses a range of AV solutions to support sport presentation, operational coordination, and public engagement.

Scope of Work (Indicative, Not Exhaustive):

•  Video Boards, Projection & Playback Includes LED screens, projection systems, and playback equipment for ceremonies, presentations, and live content.
•  Video boards are central to sport presentation at competition venues and may also be deployed at non-competition venues and live sites across the host region.
•  Emergency messaging override capability must be considered in design to meet health and safety legislation (typically managed outside the AV project).
•  Integration of scoring and video data on a single board is subject to sport-specific analysis involving the OCOG, Official Timekeeper, Results Service Partner, and AV Equipment Partner.
•  Projection systems are primarily used in indoor venues for enhanced presentation.
•  Playback systems are operated by Sport Presentation to manage content delivery.
•  Intercom & Wired Communications Venue-wide intercom systems for operational coordination, with integration into broader AV platforms.
•  Sport AV & Adjudication Systems Sport-specific AV systems for adjudication and scoring (excluding systems provided by OMEGA).
•  Television Displays TVs installed across athlete, official, and public zones for live broadcast and venue information.
•  Bespoke AV Solutions
