M&OP intends to conduct a tender to identify a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to deliver Mechanical Services Maintenance across the Precinct.
The scope of the intended agreement shall be for inspection, servicing and reactive maintenance (fully comprehensive breakdown service and after hours service). All mechanical plant and equipment covered by the proposed agreement shall be maintained to industry best practice, this is to be achieved by implementation of a Predictive Preventative Maintenance software tool. The contractor must perform all mandatory maintenance requirements at frequencies complying with all relevant Australian Codes and Standards current at the date of tendering.
Works specified to be carried out under the intended agreement shall include:
* Preventative Maintenance works throughout the precinct.
* Corrective (including filters), breakdown and emergency maintenance as required, and as requested by M&OP’s management.
* All testing and maintenance of the systems as required by the Australian Standards and Authorities to comply with the Building Code of Australia Essential Services requirements, including Full Function Fire Testing.
* Documentation and recording of maintenance and test results as required by the Australian Standards and Authorities to comply with the Building Code of Australia Essential Services requirements, including period certification and annual certification.
* Provide resources (Mechanical) for the Australian Open as requested by MOPT.
