Tender Description
Council is seeking to establish a panel for major busilding works on a schedule of rates basis up to $500,000 (Including GST) in value. Council may also request for fixed price lump sum under this contract at its sole discretion.
The panel is for 3 years with 2x1 year options.
It is mandatory requirement that all contractors are commercially registered builders.
There will be a non-mandatory pretender meeting for interested tenderers on Monday 15th April 2019 11:30 - 12:00 Manningham Council Chambers 699 Doncaster Road Doncaster.

The cut off time for questions is three (3) business days prior to the closing date.
