Lawrie Emmins Reserve, Environmental Remediation and Civil Contruction
Interested parties, Council will be advertising a tender in late March 2019 for the remediation and civil construction works of the disused Lawrie Emmins MotoCross Track.
An industry forum will be conducted onsite at Sayers Road, Laverton North, Victoria.

Given the site conditions registered attendees are requested to wear full Personal Protective Clothing.
The scope of works will include and not limited to excavation, earth moving, sifting and cleansing of onsite soils, waste disposal, material recycling, sediment and erosion control, dust suppression management, air and water testing management, geofabric application to proposed track footprints with a further soil indicator layer, trench boring for below ground services infrastructure (electrical, CCTV), retention ponds and erosion control for existing embankments, installation of an irrigation system.
Once detailed design and geotechnical is complete the RFT will be advertised via below link.
