Tender Description
Goulburn Valley Health (GVH) is a public owned regional hospital located in Shepparton, Victoria as established under the Health Services Act 1988 (Vic). GVH is a multi-campus facility providing a broad range of hospital and community services throughout the Hume Region. The Shepparton campus, located at Graham Street Shepparton has 266 beds providing acute medical, surgical, obstetrics, paediatrics, rehabilitation, psychiatric and intensive coronary care.
This project involves the HUB Airconditioning Upgrade at the Sheppartion Campus.
The Mechanical Services installation comprises the manufacture, supply, delivery and installation on site, of air conditioning and mechanical services plant, and includes testing, commissioning, defects liability and maintenance of all equipment as specified, together with preparation of the Operating and Maintenance Manuals including As-Installed
The Electrical Services installation comprising the manufacture, supply, delivery and installation on site, of Building D Plant 5 electrical switchboard, and includes testing, commissioning, defects liability and maintenance as specified, together with preparation of the As Installed drawings.
It is important to note that the design documents detail design intent to which the Subcontractor must adhere to, notwithstanding the Subcontractor’s obligations to undertake internal construction engineering, layout confirmation, detailed coordination, and all works required to complete the installation to the requirement of the electrical specifications and drawings/sketches.
