Expressions of Interest are sought from interested contractors for the removal and demolition of materials at the Port Campbell Public Purpose Reserve.
The materials are surplus to Council’s requirement in preparation for the redevelopment of the play space area. All materials may be retained by the successful contractor in lieu of payment for demolition/ removal.
Below is the list of materials required for removal / demolition:
Small shelter: Decommission bricked BBQ, water to drinker and electricals to small shelter and make safe for demolition
Small shelter: Demolish and dispose of site small shelter, concrete slab (9m2), two tables and associated footings, BBQ and drinker
Large shelter: Decommission water, BBQ and other electrical connections within large shelter and make safe for demolition
Large shelter: Remove and store two custom picnic settings, perimeter timber bench seat and BBQ unit for re-use on site
Large shelter: Demolish and dispose off-site, including slab (60m2) and footings
The successful contractor will be required to remove, demolish, decommission and transport those items for storage, at their own cost. Certificates of Currency for WorkCover and Public Liability ($20 million) are also required.
