Mansfield Shire Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced specialist consultants for the consultation, design, documentation and specification of the Mansfield Lords Reserve Pavilion upgrade.
Project tasks include, at minimum:
* Develop a Project Management Plan outlining key tasks and timeframes for delivery of all elements of the project taking into consideration funding and budget timelines
* Attend on-site meetings at inception and to present concept design with working group members and Council staff, minimum of 2 meetings required
* Feature and level survey of the site, including service location and proving where required
* Site geotechnical report
* Undertake and complete a detailed 2 stage certified design (concept and final) including an overall master plan for the construction of a sports pavilion and associated infrastructure including parking, drainage, landscaping, documentation and specification suitable for immediate construction and incorporating inclusive design (compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act, 1992).
* Liaise with the Project Delivery Working Group (PDWG) and adhere to feedback and advice offered.
* Provide the working group and Council with regular updates of works.
* Complete concept design and documentation and estimated costings by the 27 May 2019.
* Complete final design, taking into consideration feedback from PDWG at concept design meeting, specification and documentation and costings by 14 June 2019.
