Tender Description
The Victorian School Building Authority (VBSA) is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and Experienced Design and Construct Contractors to tender for the design and construction of a new covered structure over the existing outdoor play court.
The Scope of work is summarised as follows:
* Court size: Approx. 33.5*17.5m. Minimum clear ceiling height: 5.1m
* Full engineering services including but not limited to geotechnical investigation, structural design & documentation, examination of structural steel shop drawings, civil design & documentation and building permit.
* Construction works – Structure, including but not limited to pad footing with building concrete or other suitable substructure subject to soil report, power-coated steel columns & beams, waterproof PVC tensile roof covering with UV/high wind protection and eave gutters/downpipes.
* Construction works – Civil, including but not limited to discharge rainwater to existing stormwater system or the legal point of discharge.
Expression of Interest are to detail qualifications, relevant experience, references and any other relevant information to support the application.
