Notice of planned procurement for release late February 2019
Airservices intends to release a Request for Proposal for the provision of Strategic Sourcing Services which include but are not limited to:
1. Continuous improvement to the following, as they relate to recruitment:
* internal culture to aid retention
* capability of hiring managers
* ability to hire quality applicants
* recruitment methodology including processes and automation
* Applicant experience and brand reputation as an employer of choice
* utilising recruitment analytics to inform business decisions
* agility to meet changing demands, including evolving to accommodate the needs of the yet to be defined workforce of the future.
2. Bulk recruitment for specialist ongoing roles;
3. Recruitment of permanent, ongoing professional roles across IT, engineering, finance, HR and other professional roles;
4. Recruitment and payrolling of temporary, Labour Hire roles across engineering, finance, HR and particularly specialist IT roles.
