Tender Description
Overview
The Public Sector Commission (QLD) invites suppliers to submit an offer to Standing Offer Arrangement ITO No. QG-PSC2026-4 for the provision of Executive Recruitment Services for roles classified as Senior Executive Service (SES) levels SES 2 to SES 4 (inclusive) and equivalent, and for roles classified at the Chief Executive (CE) level as specified in Part B: SOA Details.
Scope
The Standing Offer Arrangement will consist of three categories of service:
- Executive Recruitment Services
- Chief Executive Recruitment Services
- Services stipulated under "selection and assessment (including scribing services)" only, for roles which are not classified as Senior Executive Service (SES) or Chief Executive (CE) roles
Contractor Requirements
Suppliers are required to be willing and able to provide the full, end-to-end suite of services required under the SOA to apply, which are outlined below:
- Candidate search and attraction
- Preliminary screening
- Shortlisting
- Selection and assessment (including scribing services)
- Pre-employment screening
