Tender Description
Tenders are invited for Playspace Upgrade Works in Lawford Reserve.
Scope of works include:
* set out and spray of existing turf to be removed;
* removal of timber post and rail fencing, basketball court and ring as noted on drawings;
* site excavation to achieve surface finish levels required for softfall, play equipment, basketball courts;
* pick up from Council depot and install furniture including seats and picnic table;
* liaise with Council to work around the installation timing of the playground equipment to be installed by play equipment companies;
* liaise with Council to work around the installation timing of the shelter, bridge and BBQ to be installed by others;
* installation of timber sculptures;
* supply and installation of rocks;
* preparation, clean up and installation of timber logs;
* supply and installation of concrete paths including top soiling and hydroseeding
* supply and installation of concrete steps, handrail and tactiles
* supply and installation of synthetic rubber surface and concrete bases
* Supply and installation of the rock river.
* Prepare trenches for electrical conduit
* Supply and install agg pipes
* Garden bed preparation and spreading garden mulch
* Soft landscaping maintenance for 13 weeks
