Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors for the Endeavour Hills Active Urban Plaza. Part A Civil Works, Part B Skatepark Works, and Part C Landscape and Playground Works.
Part A:Civil Works/Early Works 16 weeks from Date of Acceptance of Tender
Part B:Endeavour Hills Skate Works 20 weeks from Practical Completion of Part A
Part C:Play & Landscaping 20 weeks from Practical Completion of Part B
